As a manager, I have to deal with different people in different situations daily. And just like the Reiss Motivation Profile says, different people are motivated by different things and react different in the same situation. So, I always must think what I could do or say, or do or say maybe in a different way, to get through to a person and get it to do what I want and what needs to be done. The first step of improving my skills in this field was, to understand better what drives and motivates me. Thanks to the sophisticated analysis by Mrs. Bea Renninger and the discussion with her about my profile, I learned a lot about myself and got a lot of inspiration to think about why other people maybe act and react the way they do, as they may have a completely different profile in their basic desires than I do. |

In the 40`s you think you know yourself pretty well,….till I underwent the Reiss Motivation Profile with Bea Renninger. She discerned things about me which has made me understand myself better! I would also recommend Reiss Motivation Profiling for everyone of a younger age. Also parents and educationists would definitely benefit in guiding their children from choosing their careers to much more success….! |

| A real "quantum leap" in my personality development! |
Wow! I never thought that my meeting with Mrs. Renninger could bring me forward in that way. And in practically all areas, psychologically and materially. The Reiss Motivation Profile has brought my real life motives to the surface and made a lot clearer in my eyes. As clear as no other psychological instrument before. Some things I may have expected; Some things I even already knew. But I learned three important things only through Mrs. Renninger and her thoroughly professional interpretation of my Reiss Motivation Profile Valuable as gold is also the realization that I owe many of my qualities which I have seen and used positively only to the fact that I also have "negative", even less pronounced properties. So I could not be so good in a certain area, if my personality structure did not have areas that I would have preferred to eradicate before I knew my Reiss Motivation Profile. Now I know that these supposed negative aspects provide the basis for the strengths I am proud of. Result: I am now finally clear about my true strengths and know the ways in which I can reach my life goals the fastest and in the most comfortable way. I no longer have to bend myself. And I do not have to be tormented by any errands that are not part of my true nature, even though the rest of the world has told me the opposite. This prospect makes me very happy – finally!
Last but not least, the Reiss Motivation Profile creates amazing clarity about how other people might perceive me or I perhaps perceive them. Here I have "fallen from the stem" in many categories, as it is so beautiful. Holy cow! In fact, I have often been tempted to act upon my environment in a very definite way. My fellow human beings often see me differently. And since I know that, I can use the lever specifically for this foreign perception and use it to my own advantage. Personally, and economically. Although these valuable advances would not have been possible without the competence of Mrs. Renninger. The interplay of empathy, professional know-how, commitment, sympathy and empathy is exemplary for her. It takes a lot of time for a thorough personal analysis and consultation. So much dedication to the profession (and the vocation) is not really found anymore today. My conclusion: The Reiss Motivation Profile, analysed by Mrs. Renninger, is worth every penny, through and through.
