Maggi Reiss, cofounder of IDS Publishing Corporation and wife of Prof. Steven Reiss PhD. has published a new study on high-achieving women under the direction of Green Connections Media. The study is summarized in a podcast interview with Joan Michelson`s blog in Forbes magazine. Maggi Reiss also answers general questions about the Reiss Motivation Profile (RMP), such as how the RMP was developed and the science behind it. Some single Basic Desires are described as well. How did the idea for this study come about? On the 500 Fortune CEO list, women continue to account for only 7.4 %. For this reason, executive recruiters and advocates thought about what life motives these women must pursue in order to get more women into leading positions in the company. The new study will provide some answers to the above question.
